Hi
everyone! Today I'm sharing the first of three layouts that I have created for The Scrap Room craft store using the Center Stage All in One Kit by 49 and Market.
I wanted to use the "AND 5,6,7,8" paper as a layout base but no matter what I tried, it didn't seem to look right. There was too much going on. In the end I cut out the "AND 5,6,7,8" from the paper and adhered it to the plain paper base. It's given the layout a much softer feel and way less busy.
For the background I stenciled the Big Bloom 6x6 stencil from Paper Rose using Victorian Velvet Oxide ink and random stamped a script stamp with Black Soot Oxide Ink.
The Dusty Attic chipboard title "Dream Big" titled was painted with black gesso.
Both 3x4 inch photos have been distressed with a sanding block then matted on black cardstock. Word sentiments from the laser cut sheets were adhered to each photo. The doily, ticket, tags and ballerinas are all from the laser cut sheets in the pack. The doily and ticket were cut in half and added to each side of the photos.
To complete the layout I've added some silver flat sequins and enhanced the ballerinas with a silver glitter gel pen.
Here
is my completed layout plus close up photos showing how I've created
and embellished the page. A full list of products used is
