Seaworld Layout for 3Quarter Designs

 Hi everyone, today I'm sharing a layout for 3Quarter Designs using their second new release for February called Reef Treasures. I'm a huge fan of all things nautical and beach themed and this collection doesn't disappoint! 

 

I decided to do my own background framed with the reverse side of the cover sheet and loaded up with lots of fussy cut elements and co-ordinating chipboard.
