Smile Sparkle Shine Layout for Scrapaholics

Hello crafty friends, today I'm sharing my first Scrapaholics Design Team project for September. For this project I have created a scrapbook layout using the Smile, Sparkle, Shine and Star Flourish chipboard pieces. I've painted the chipboard pieces black then added a mix of two different tones of gold Stickles glitter glue to the chipboard title for the "sparkle"and some gold foil to the flourish for the "shine".
