Challenge Piece No. 11 - "Thinking of You"

Hi everyone!  This card was made using the "Daffodil Script" rubber stamp set made by Chocolate Baroque. Both stamps were embossed using Stampendous Detail White embossing powder, then coloured with a yellow marker to make the images pop. The sentiment used was provided by Marie-Clare (Cards by MC) as it not only fit the challenge theme but also the theme of my card.

Challenge Entered: Aud Sentiments Challenge 112 - "Thinking of You" Type Sentiment WINNER! Design Team Choice Top 5 and also featured on Aud Sentiments 'Sentiment Spotlight'.

  1. Woohoo! Thank you for using my wee sentiment, so glad that they are of use! Beautiful card too, Julie. I saw a shop near me putting out their new season clothes and mustards and yellows are obviously a new trend...they are everywhere. So a very fashionable creation!

    1. Thanks so much for your lovely feedback Marie-Clare. It's my pleasure to use your sentiment. As soon as I saw it I was thinking it would go well with the daffodils as a 'get well/hope' type of card for a cancer patient. I wanted the card to be bright and cheery hence the colours - very fashionable colour choice too by the sounds of it lol. :-)

  4. What a lovely card Julie and I think it would make a wonderful card for a cancer patient when courage is needed in spades! Love the white embossed outlines to the flowers and the script background.
