More Than Words December Mini Challenge

Wednesday, December 28, 2016 0 Comments
Hi everyone! Here is my entry into More Than Words December Mini Challenge. MTW's mini challenges are run in the last week of the month and are for cards, tags and ATC's only. For this month's challenge we are required to use the word "JOY".

Here is the tag that I made. I decided to go with a classic gold metallic theme as it was the colour scheme we used this Christmas.

December Saturday Sketch Comp

Hi everyone! With Christmas now done and dusted, where did December go???

Kaisercraft released a beautiful paper range this month called "P.S. I Love You". The colours and patterns are so pretty! It's good to see something completely new in their range, I'm just loving the new designs and colours!

I had to do a layout with the new papers so I decided to enter Kelly Ann Oosterbeek's December Saturday Sketch Comp. I chose the sketch from Week 1.

Here is my layout using a photo of the group Little Mix. The photo and papers went together perfectly! I thought the quote was very fitting since these girls have been inseperable since winning the X Factor in 2011.

Scrapping Outback - December Challenge

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing my entry into Scrapping Outback's White with a Twist Challenge for December. The colours for this month are White, Gold Tones and Black, inspired by the picture below. At least one chipboard embellishment must also be used.

I have a stash of celebrity photos that I use for layouts where I either have nothing else suitable or just for something different. I had intended to use a selfie for this layout but the photo of Pink worked so much better so I ran with it. I didn't realise until after I had finished the layout that Pink has stars on her jewellery which compliment the stars on the chipboard frame pieces.
